RuDo Digital Wealth Pvt Ltd is a Category 3C firm with Retail Endorsement regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM, UAE), authorized to manage client assets and advise.
Client funds are aggregated in a segregated Client Money Account under FSRA oversight, then transferred to Alpaca Securities LLC (FINRA member, SIPC cover up to USD 500,000). Securities are held directly in the client's name; RuDo has no custody.
Global holdings are custodied at Alpaca Securities LLC (FINRA member). Client accounts have SIPC protection up to USD 500,000 (USD 250,000 for cash). Holdings are recorded in the client's name.
If RuDo ceases operations, client assets remain with Alpaca Securities LLC and are accessible to clients directly. RuDo is not the custodian and cannot rehypothecate client holdings.
We implement AES‑256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, role‑based access controls, MFA, and FSRA‑aligned cybersecurity controls across cloud infrastructure and data pipelines.

We do not receive distributor commissions, spreads, or retrocessions. Fees are disclosed upfront; there are no hidden charges.
Our revenue is advisory fees paid by clients. We don't monetize via product commissions or order flow.
