Is RuDo Global regulated?

RuDo Digital Wealth Pvt Ltd is a Category 3C firm with Retail Endorsement regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM, UAE), authorized to manage client assets and advise.

How is my money kept safe?

Client funds are aggregated in a segregated Client Money Account under FSRA oversight, then transferred to Alpaca Securities LLC (FINRA member, SIPC cover up to USD 500,000). Securities are held directly in the client's name; RuDo has no custody.

Where are my investments held?

Global holdings are custodied at Alpaca Securities LLC (FINRA member). Client accounts have SIPC protection up to USD 500,000 (USD 250,000 for cash). Holdings are recorded in the client's name.

What happens if RuDo shuts down?

If RuDo ceases operations, client assets remain with Alpaca Securities LLC and are accessible to clients directly. RuDo is not the custodian and cannot rehypothecate client holdings.

Is my data secure?

We implement AES‑256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, role‑based access controls, MFA, and FSRA‑aligned cybersecurity controls across cloud infrastructure and data pipelines.

What is RuDo's investment philosophy?

We use a Core & Satellite framework balancing broad market ETFs with tactical factor/thematic tilts, using valuation and risk signals to rebalance.

What are RuDo's fees and plans?

RuDo Digital: AED 1/day or 0.25% p.a. (whichever higher). Data driven portfolios.
RuDo Personal: AED 5/day or 0.50% p.a. (whichever higher). Advisor‑led planning.
RuDo Wealth: 10% profit sharing. HNI bespoke strategies.

Are there hidden charges?

We do not receive distributor commissions, spreads, or retrocessions. Fees are disclosed upfront; there are no hidden charges.

How does RuDo earn?

Our revenue is advisory fees paid by clients. We don't monetize via product commissions or order flow.

Getting Started

What is the minimum investment?

You can begin global investing with just AED 500 monthly or a one-time AED 5,000 investment. Complete digital KYC, fund your Client Money Account, and start within 24–48 hours.

How do I open an account?

Register in the RuDo app, complete digital KYC, link your bank account, and fund your Client Money Account to begin.

What documents do I need?

Provide a valid passport, Emirates ID or residence proof, and a bank account for funding and withdrawals.

Can I set up monthly investments?

Automate contributions via standing instructions to the RuDo Client Money Account; incoming funds are invested per your portfolio settings.
