Introduction & Acceptance

This Agreement (“Terms” or “Platform Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Client”) and RuDo Digital Wealth Private Limited (“RuDo”), incorporated in ADGM and regulated by FSRA (FSP No. 220155).

By accessing or using RuDo's services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the platform.

These Terms are supplemented by the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosures, Fee Schedule, and other notices.

Definitions

Account: your investment account.
Access Method: login credentials, MFA, passwords.
Services: advisory and investment platform services.
Third-Party Providers: custodians, brokers, agents.

Eligibility

You are legally competent and eligible.
Your information is accurate and complete.
You will update information promptly.

RuDo may restrict or close accounts.

Services & Platform Use

RuDo provides investment and wealth management services.

Third-party providers may support custody and execution.

Access may be restricted due to security or compliance issues.

Platform is provided “as-is” without uptime guarantees.

Orders & Execution

Orders follow best-execution principles.
Slippage and partial fills may occur.
You bear all transaction fees & taxes.

Fees & Charges

Fees follow the published Fee Schedule.
Fees may be revised with notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension.

Risks & Disclaimers

Investing involves market risk and value fluctuations.

Past performance does not indicate future results.

No guarantee of profits or capital protection.

RuDo is not liable for losses from system or market failures.

Client Obligations

You understand investment risks.
You will not misuse the platform.
You will follow applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

RuDo owns or licenses all platform content.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license.

Reverse engineering is prohibited.

Confidentiality & Data

Data is handled under ADGM regulations.

You consent to processing under our Privacy Policy.

Data may be shared with regulators when required.

Liability

RuDo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You indemnify RuDo for losses caused by misuse or breaches.

Termination

Either party may terminate with notice or for cause.

Certain provisions, such as confidentiality, survive termination.

Notices

Notices may be delivered via email or platform messages.
You must keep your information updated.
Notices are effective upon delivery.

Amendments

Terms may be amended with notice.
Continued usage implies acceptance.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: full understanding between parties.

Waiver: failure to enforce rights is not a waiver.

Severability: invalid terms do not affect the rest.

Assignment: rights cannot be transferred without approval.

Force Majeure: RuDo is not liable for unavoidable delays.
